Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects only. It does not include:

Normal wear and tear over time
Damage from chewing or scratching
Accidental damage such as tears or abrasion
Damage from improper sizing or use
Products purchased from unauthorized retailers

How to submit a claim

Email us at info@thepandajin.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

Panda Jin products purchased through authorized retail partners should be returned to the original place of purchase for warranty assistance.
