Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday begin processing the following Monday.
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Panda Jin is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time through the carrier's website or through your Panda Jin account.
Didn't receive a confirmation within 3 business days? Check your spam folder first — our emails occasionally end up there. If nothing shows up, email us at hello@pandajin.com and we'll look into it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but can't be found, contact us within 7 days at hello@pandajin.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Panda Jin is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
