Shipping From: U.S. Warehouse
Applies to Customers in the United States & Europe


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our U.S. warehouse.

  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing time may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping & Delivery

United States Shipping

  • Coverage: Contiguous U.S. 48 states.

  • Carriers: USPS / UPS / FedEx (automatically selected based on region and item).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.

  • Free shipping for orders over $80.


Europe Shipping

(Including but not limited to Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, etc.)

  • Shipping Method: International standard shipping with tracking.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.

  • Import duties, VAT, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.


3. Taxes & Duties

  • United States: Prices already include applicable taxes. No customs duties will be charged.

  • Europe: VAT, import tax, or customs fees may apply depending on your local regulations.
    These charges are not included in the product price and must be paid by the customer.


4. Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure hygiene and safety for pets, the following policy applies:

Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Size issues (items must be unworn, clean, free of hair, and in brand-new condition).

  • Damaged items or wrong products received.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

 Not Eligible

  • Items that have been worn, contain pet hair, have odors, or show signs of chewing/damage.

  • Customized or personalized items.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer service with:

  • Order number

  • Photo(s) of the issue

  • Reason for return/exchange

Once approved, we will provide the U.S. return address and instructions.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer,
    we can reship the order, but the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees.

  • Once a package has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.


6. Product Information

  • Please measure your pet carefully (chest, back length, weight) before placing an order.
    Each dog’s body shape is different, and size charts may vary between products.

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings.
