Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
We want every dog in Panda Jin gear to be comfortable — and every dog parent to feel confident about their purchase. If something isn't working, we're not going to make it difficult to fix.
How to Start a Return
01 — Email us Send your order number and reason for return to returns@pandajin.com. You don't need a lengthy explanation — a quick note is fine.
02 — Receive your label We'll send a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days. US orders only.
03 — Drop it off Drop your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.
04 — Get your refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Credit / debit card — 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement
- Store credit — issued within 24 hours and never expires
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are free on all full-price items within 30 days of delivery.
Email returns@pandajin.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll ship your replacement as soon as we receive your return.
Not sure what size to try next? Email us before you ship anything back — we'll help you figure it out first.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, that's on us.
Email hello@pandajin.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page before you buy.
International Returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — Panda Jin is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, the same refund timeline applies.
Sizing Help Before You Order
Dog apparel sizing can be tricky — especially if it's your first time ordering. Before you buy, we recommend:
- Measuring your dog's chest girth, neck, and back length
- Checking our Sizing Guide for breed-specific recommendations
- Emailing us at info@thepandajin.com
if you're unsure — we'd rather help you get it right the first time
A good fit means fewer returns. And a dog who actually wants to wear their jacket.
